Our catering uniforms use a combed yarn construction with a plain or twill weave, depending on the application. Chef jackets and kitchen workwear use twill for enhanced durability; front-of-house uniforms use plain weave for a refined, smooth hand feel.
Combed cotton yarn for a softer, more uniform surface finish
Polyester-cotton blend for improved shape retention and quick-dry performance
High-tenacity polyester threads at stress points for extended garment life
All seam constructions meet industrial laundry cycle requirements
Thread count selection is based on end-use: lighter weaves for service-area garments where breathability is the priority; heavier constructions for kitchen environments requiring durability and spill protection.
40s / 40s thread count for standard kitchen workwear and aprons
60s / 60s thread count for front-of-house shirts and service uniforms
Twill 2/1 and 3/1 available for structured chef coats and trousers
160–180 GSM — lightweight service shirts, summer front-of-house uniforms
190–210 GSM — standard chef coats and kitchen trousers
220–240 GSM — heavy-duty kitchen jackets, butcher aprons, and cold-store workwear
All GSM options are available in the full catering colour range including classic white, black, navy, and custom PMS-matched colours.
