Key Features

Our products are developed using carefully selected weaving techniques and yarn constructions to ensure consistent quality, durability, and comfort.

Special Single Dent Sateen Weaving

This weaving technique follows a one-yarn-under and four-yarn-over structure, resulting in a smoother fabric surface and refined appearance. The sateen construction improves drape and softness while maintaining the strength required for repeated commercial laundering.

Fine Yarn Technique

The fine yarn technique utilizes thinner long-staple cotton yarns during the weaving process, allowing for higher thread count fabrics without excessive weight. This method enhances breathability, moisture absorption, and overall fabric comfort while supporting long-term durability.

Single Ply Yarns

Single ply yarns are produced from continuous long-staple fibers, creating a cleaner and more uniform fabric structure. Compared to multi-ply yarns, this construction delivers improved softness, flexibility, and breathability while maintaining fabric integrity under frequent use.

Smart Side Tags in Fitted Sheets

Smart side tags are incorporated into fitted sheets to assist with quick and accurate placement during bed making. This functional detail helps housekeeping teams identify the correct orientation easily, reducing handling time and ensuring a neat and consistent bed presentation.
